We provide a number of support methods to all of our customers.
Our web hosting support team prides itself on being fast, knowledgeable and 100% based here in the UK. No matter what time of day (or night) you send us a support query, we are here to investigate the problem, find a solution and make sure the solution works. Once this is done, we will send you a response detailing the issue and how to fix it.
As well as our customer support team, we have an extensive web hosting support database covering all the most common queries and issues enabling you to find a solution as quickly as possible. We have hundreds of answers to even the most complex problems and our support database is updated every day.
We can help you manage your Control panel wherever you are with an iPhone app. Free apps are available to view disk usage and other information. A number of very cheap apps are also available to allow you to administer your account.
Our support teams are 100% UK based. Training outside of the UK or working in outsourced teams just doesn't work as well in our opinion. Quality of service is far more important to us than saving a few pounds.

Cacti graphs the availability and response times of your site, we run a super-fast network and this shows it. Use cacti to identify any performance problems.
